Dear Customer,

Introducing “Good Times Spit Roast Catering.” A small family business operated by Paul and Lisa Monahan, myself being a qualified chef for over 20 years and my wife Lisa, with a background in Sales and Marketing.

“When only the best will do,” is our motto and all at a reasonable price. Anything from a wedding or 21st, through to private dinner party or sporting function can be easily arranged. The hardest thing that you (the client), have to do is choose a menu. Consulting us on our “Standard Menu” or discussing with us some special choices of your own can simplify even this. Good Times Catering will assist you in every possible avenue from venue and furniture hire to colour schemes and flowers; and remember, after all this you don’t have to clean up.
The food is freshly prepared on the day in our Fully Licensed Commercial Kitchen and served in an attractive buffet style, with your choice of china or disposable tableware.

We realise that getting a fixed number of guests can be difficult, with numbers alternating in the weeks before hand. We ask that your final number of guests be supplied no later than 48 hours prior to your function, with no decrease after this time. Any extra numbers on the day will be added to your final account, which is to be paid in full at completion of the function.
